We offer coaching, training and consulting courses to companies to improve people’s productivity and well-being.

Our method begins with the assessment of the initial situation, analyzing the “where we are today” and the “where we want to be”. Afterwards, based on the client’s requests and our evaluations, we plan tailor-made training courses, consisting of Individual and Team Coaching sessions.

Training courses and Coaching sessions can be carried out both face to face and online, but also through a hybrid approach that exploits the advantages of both methods. The courses are always experience-based and interactive benefitting of the use of innovative platforms that allow you to train personal and professional skills even remotely.

According to the ICF, the International Coach Federation, coaching is: “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential”. During the process of coaching we develop a professional relationship based on trust and on solid competencies. The coach is an expert in a process that, by means of questions and observations, accompanies the client to  become aware of his/her resources, define the wished-for results clearly and acquire new perspectives. In this way, the client learn to develop new possibilities of action by making quality choices with the achievement of concrete results.  

Individual Coaching

By working on the potential of people Individual Coaching is an effective method to reach specific goals and to face more easily changes and critical moments.

The Coaching sessions are a series of periodic meetings during which the Coach, using different tools, such as listening, intuition, powerful questions, synthesis and feedback, helps the partner/client to release its potential by clarify the personal and professional goals to be achieved. Through a creative dialogue, the most appropriate strategies are developed to achieve the objectives and ways to overcome obstacles. One greatly increases its personal efficiency!

The goals are:

  • improve the level of performance and focus on the role
  • make the person aware of their methods and their automatisms in order to understand the areas of functionality and dysfunctionality
  • increase relational and management effectiveness

Team Coaching

The goal of Team Coaching is to improve collective performance, it is particularly effective in the context of group dynamics to strengthen the group identity and accompany the teams towards fundamental changes to work together on common goals.

Team Coaching sessions require meetings during daily work – Training on the Job! The Team Coach attends team meetings to observe and help members in real time become aware of (functional) strengths and areas for improvement (dysfunctional). The Team learns from experience and increases the ability to support the achievement of future goals.


The training courses are tailor-made, based on the needs and wishes expressed by the client. To our personal work experience we add the “Best Practices” of large international companies to bring clients to reach their maximum potential. We believe that training in this  historical pandemic time is a valuable opportunity to innovate and respond positively to change. 

The courses are interactive and experience-based. They facilitate the processes of delegation, communication, problem solving, cooperation and creativity. They are delivered in Italian, German and English.
